CHICKEN STIR FRY by melissa

2-3 chicken breasts, fry in 1 TB. oil
then add...
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs corn starch
3 Tbs soy sauce or teriyaki
1 pkg. frozen stir fry veggies
simmer until done and serve over rice
