Spanish Rice by: Sara

2 cups of water 1 cup of long grain brown rice
*Or the recipe on the back of your rice bag - 1/2 cup of water
1 can of diced tomatoes in garlic
1/4th of an onion diced
one chicken bouillon cube
pinch of oregano

Bring water to a boil add in all the ingredients and simmer for 40 min. or as long as your rice bag says.
Taste like the real thing, very tasty!
